Well actually, the ringleader or mom-manager is the one we can learn from. Turn their over-the –top antics into an employment work plan for real people.

Real people advice: The real life take is getting your name noticed by people who do hiring. This includes learning to network and using social media such as Linked-in, Facebook and Twitter. A good resume will help you to become aligned with strong people that can lead to job openings.

    Be ready for attention. Kim always looks as if she is the center of attention, even when people do not know why she is there. She is not afraid to show off assets and improve other aspects of her person including a little Photoshop. Kim, Kourtney and Khloe keep their clothes, makeup and hair on- point. Real people advice: Look your best and put together; you never know when that person you meet will offer you a job. Keep a good amount of trendy but professional clothing. You can use a few accessories or two but nothing over the top.

Obtain good chit-chat and conversation skills that are more than business related. Try to be well-rounded person and show- up to parties, make a memorable appearance then leave.
